If a spot is not done to your liking, we will gladly re-record it. Please pay attention to our Voice Jockeys hours of operations and their turn around time. You will be alerted via e-mail when you place your order and again upon completion of your order.
Please make sure your copy fits into your expected recording time. Please help us with any difficult or out of the ordinary pronunciations. You must log in to your account and download your spot within 30 days. (after that point the spots are removed from our servers and are not retrievable.) Re-reads must be requested within a 30 day period from order date. Any re-read request made after the 30 day period will be treated as a new order. A re-read request due to pronunciation, speed or timing are free of charge. Any re-read request that has a script change is treated as a new script and a new order. If a change request is needed please provide ample enough time to the talent prior the deadline of the order. Refund requests will be allowed if the order has been cancelled prior to recording or if the talent makes a mistake on the initial read and refuses to correct it.
